OUR STORY

Between balancing leadership demands, family life, and an overflowing calendar, Kyle found himself reflecting on an unspoken modern reality: building meaningful friendships in adulthood becomes unexpectedly difficult. In earlier years, brotherhood formed naturally through sports, shared milestones, and unstructured time. Over time, however, those spontaneous connections gave way to packed schedules and surface-level catch-ups. The depth and authenticity that once anchored those bonds were missing.

At the same time, an even greater conviction emerged: our families and our communities desperately need good men. Strong men who show up, lead with integrity, and refuse to navigate life's challenges in isolation. The insight became clear: lasting connection among men isn't built through polite conversation across a table. It is forged shoulder-to-shoulder, driven by shared purpose and collective action.

Why the Bison?

The symbol for that philosophy came from an instinct unique to the American bison. While most animals attempt to outrun an incoming storm—only to prolong their time in the harsh conditions—bison lock in and charge directly into the gale, breaking through to clear skies faster together.
